For 23 years Ed Sullivan hosted an American institution The Ed Sullivan Show. This ongoing series of DVD releases captures the very best of these legendary performances over three decades of popular music. This title focuses on some of the more infamous acts who appeared on the Ed Sullivan Show over the years with great performances from The Rolling Stones Diana Ross The Animals Janis Joplin James Brown and Dusty Springfield amongst others. All titles in the series feature full performances of the listed tracks newly remixed in to 5.1 Surround Sound and are linked by narration putting the acts in to their historical context.
