From 1987 to 1997 Married With Children followed the adventures of the Bundys a comically distorted view of the typical American family. Patriarch Al Ed O'Neill is a former high school football star who has been relegated to selling women's shoes. Peggy is his overly amorous high haired wife with a penchant for leopard skin clothes.
